Contractor website templates

Fourteen complete websites for trades, built in Astro 7 and Tailwind 4. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, cleaning, pest control, removals, landscaping and more — each one a finished site rather than a hero section: individually routed service pages with prices, a coverage area, a working contact path, an advice blog and the legal routes a trading business needs.

Every brand shown is invented and the demos are the templates themselves, running. You buy the source through private GitHub access, change the copy, and deploy it anywhere static. One licence covers unlimited sites, your own or a client's. $49 each, or all 62 templates for $199.

The 14 builds

Each is loud in exactly one channel — display type, palette, a moving set-piece, texture or the imagery — and deliberately quiet in the other three. That rule is what stops a set like this reading as one layout in different paint. Click any of them to read the build in full and open the live demo.

What trades & industry sites have to carry

Every build in this set ships all of it. It is the difference between a template that looks finished and one that is.

01 A page per service, not a services list
Every build splits its trade into individually routed service pages with their own prices — five for the garage-door build, six for pest control by pest, four for removals. That is what lets one site rank for five searches instead of one.
02 Published prices
A rate card, a day rate or fixed packages — in the layout, not behind a contact form. It is the biggest differentiator available to a trade, and it filters out the callers who were only ever taking the cheapest quote.
03 A coverage page
Districts, response times or service area, driven by a typed array. The local-intent page that most trade sites collapse into a sentence in the footer.
04 A contact path that works on day one
A live tel: link on every route — a blocked drain at midnight is a phone call, not a form. Most builds add a working enquiry form on top; the plumbing build deliberately ships the phone only.
05 An advice blog, already written
Two or three finished articles per build, written as the questions customers actually search: what an EICR tells you, why one spray never clears an infestation, what an eighth of a load looks like. Add more as .mdx files.
06 Terms, privacy and registration
Real routes with real copy, not placeholders. A trading business that takes enquiries needs them, and they are the pages a template usually leaves you to write yourself.

What every build includes

Questions

What makes these different from a Wix or Squarespace trade template?

You get the source code and it is yours to modify and deploy anywhere, with no monthly fee and no platform lock-in. The pages are static HTML, so they load on a phone with one bar of signal — which is where most trade enquiries start. The trade-off is real: there is no drag-and-drop editor, and you or your developer edit typed data files instead.

Why does each template have separate pages per service?

Because a trade competes for several different searches at once — "emergency spring repair", "EV charger installation", "end of tenancy clean" — and a single services list is one page competing for all of them badly. Every build here splits its services into individual routes with their own prices.

Do I have to publish my prices?

No, but every one of these is designed assuming you will, because it is the strongest conversion lever a trade has. Remove the figures and the pricing pages still work as service lists. You will just be competing on response time alone.

Can I use one template for several client sites?

Yes. The licence is per buyer, not per project — build as many sites as you like, for yourself or for clients. The only restriction is that you may not resell the source itself as a template or starter kit.

Which one should I buy if my trade is not listed?

Pick the nearest structure rather than the nearest name. The services-with-prices, coverage-area and advice-blog shape is the same for any local trade — a roofer is served well by the garage-door or plumbing build. The part that will not transfer is the drawn set-piece, which is specific to each trade.
