Terms & License

Seller of record

Orders are sold and processed by Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”) as our Merchant of Record. The contract of sale, payment, tax and refund handling are governed by Polar’s terms, presented at checkout: polar.sh/legal/terms. The license below governs what you may do with the product itself.

The product

Each product is an Astro website template (source code), delivered by granting your GitHub account access to a private repository. Ongoing updates are delivered through that same repository access.

License grant

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify and deploy the purchased template(s) to build an unlimited number of websites — for yourself or for your clients. The all-access bundle grants this same license across all current and future templates in the catalog for as long as your access is active.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish or otherwise make available the template source code, in whole or substantial part, as a template, theme, kit, boilerplate or starter — whether free or paid, and whether modified or not. One license is for one buyer; sharing your repository access with others is not permitted.

Refunds

Because the product is digital and access is granted immediately on purchase, refunds are handled at Polar’s discretion under its refund policy. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact [email protected] and we will help.

Warranty

Templates are provided “as is”, without warranty beyond what applicable law requires. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of a template.
